General Information: We use a variety of services depending on the order weight and size for deliveries within Australia. Some items are an odd shape and the chosen postage method may not be possible (e.g. a large order in a prepaid post satchel = does not work).
Here are the options we use within Australia:
# Regular Post (Satchels) - this is generally mail satchels and is only suitable when your products will fit in a satchel. It offers online tracking and we will provide you with a tracking number.
# Express Post (Australia Post) - The express service also goes through the MyPost Business network. Express may be slower to such areas as Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania and Northern Territory.
Delivery Outside Australia: International delivery is based on weight and we send our items through Australia Post. For the USA and New Zealand we are able to offer Registered Airmail. All other countries we are able to offer Airmail (or Registered Airmail, depending on order size). We will do our best to use the best possible method, whether insured or registered for your order. We realise shipping is not inexpensive from Australia however be assured we do not profit from international shipping.
Note: The standard airmail service is no longer available during the pandemic and we've had to suspend service altogether to many countries. We apologise for the inconvenience, but Australia Post has substantial delays to many regions.
Note: due to changes in tax regulations in the United Kingdom, we no longer ship to the UK, sorry!
