Within Australia: We use a variety of services depending on the order weight and size for deliveries within Australia. Some items are an odd shape and the chosen postage method may not be possible (e.g. a large order in a prepaid post satchel = does not work). Here are the options we use within Australia:
# Regular Post (Satchels) - this is generally prepaid satchels and is only suitable when your products will fit in a satchel. It offers basic online tracking and we will provide you with a tracking number. Usually these are limited to 1-2 t-shirt orders.
# eParcel (Australia Post Courier) - Most parcels go by eParcel - including capped postage options - this is Australia Posts courier service and a signature is required on delivery. We can request that the parcel be left unattended, if you wish to do this, please give instruction to do so during checkout. If we feel the parcel may be unsafe if left, we reserve the right to have it signed for and in this case, it may be taken to your nearest Australia Post for pickup.
# Express Post (Australia Post Courier) - The express service also goes through the eParcel courier network. We have been informed that express may be unavailable to Tasmania and Northern Territory.
# Flat Rate - for this low price, we choose the most suitable postage method for your order.
Regarding all postage methods - Please remember that the processing time on items is unavoidable and you must take this into account with your deliveries.
Delivery Outside Australia: International delivery is based on weight and we send our items through Australia Post. For the USA, UK and New Zealand we are able to offer Registered Airmail. All other countries we are able to offer Airmail (or Registered Airmail, depending on order size). We will do our best to use the best possible method, whether insured or registered for your order. We realise shipping is not inexpensive from Australia however be assured we do not profit from international shipping.
Returns and Exchange Policies
# Returns Information: If there is a fault with the product, we will do our best to sort the issue out for you - it is that simple. We check our products before sending them out however if we missed a manufacturing fault, we will take care of you. Please note: The t-shirts we sell are hand dyed a mottled tie dye, so variation in colour is not considered a fault. Sizing issues are generally also not considered a fault due to the detailed size chart we provide, contact us to discuss. Important Note: postage is non-refundable under any circumstance. The actual cost of posting your items to you will be deducted from your refund in case of returning items for a refund, this may vary from the amount paid.
# Exchanges (Within Australia): If you have chosen an unsuitable size and a suitable size is available, we are happy to accept an exchange. Simply send the item back to us and include a prepaid post satchel with your address information filled out and we will exchange for the size you request.
Exchanges (International): If it is one item you are exchanging, we generally recommend purchasing another item as the cost of shipping both ways is usually close to the price of a new purchase. If it is multiple items, contact us to discuss your options.
